NA-17
NA-17 is a naphthalimide-based small molecule with selective antitumor activity, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) research. It induces p53-dependent G1 phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis by promoting active p53 accumulation in mitochondria and nuclei, while showing reduced toxicity in normal cell lines like HL-7702 and WI-38 in vitro.
