IHC testing of FFPE human Hodgkin's lymphoma with recombinant CD30 antibody (clone CDLA30-2R) . Required HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
