2xHieff™ PCR Master Mix (With Dye)

2× PCR Master Mix (With Dye) is a 2x PCR master mix with bromophenol blue dye. This 2x PCR master mix from Yeasen contains Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and other PCR-required components, which are optimized for conventional PCR. This Taq polymerase master mix provided by Yeasen is characterized by adding pre-loaded bromophenol blue dye, the PCR products using this PCR mix can be loaded directly for electrophoresis after PCR reaction. Moreover, the PCR products contain 3 '-dA protrusion and can be easily cloned into a T vector.
