Source : Escherichia Coli. RBM11 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 304 amino acids (1-281) and having a molecular mass of 34.6kDa. RBM11 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RNA Binding Motif Protein 11 (RBM11) which contains 1 RNA recognition motif is a part of the RBM family. The RBM gene family encodes proteins with an RNA binding motif which participate in the modulation of apoptosis. RBM11 is expressed in testis, kidney, spleen, brain, spinal cord and mammary gland and can be found as 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
