1.Immobilized Recombinant Human TNF-alpha Protein, HPLC-verified (Cat: 10602-HNAE) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human NFR1/CD120a Protein (His Tag), HPLC-verified (Cat: 10872-H08H), the EC50 is 5-18 ng/mL (QC tested) . 2.Measured by its ability to inhibit TNFα-mediated cytotoxicity in the L929 mouse fibrosarcoma cells in the presence of metabolic inhibitor actinomycin D. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.05-0.4μg/mL in the presence of 0.25 ng/mL recombinant human TNFα (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human TNFRI consists of 201 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 22.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh TNFRI is 30-35 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 32.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
