Aztreonam lysine
Aztreonam lysine is an inhaled monobactam antibiotic used to treat chronic pulmonary Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in cystic fibrosis patients. It is applied in respiratory research, with studies demonstrating its efficacy in both in vitro antimicrobial assays and in vivo models of CF-related lung infection.
