Famitinib
Famitinib (SHR1020) is an oral multi-targeted kinase inhibitor with potent activity against c-kit, VEGFR-2, and PDGFRβ. It has demonstrated significant antitumor effects, including the induction of apoptosis, in both in vitro studies with human gastric cancer cells and in vivo xenograft models.
