Avitinib
Avitinib (AC0010) is an orally bioavailable, irreversible inhibitor that selectively targets mutant epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), including the T790M resistance mutation. It is used in oncology research to study tumor growth inhibition in EGFR-mutated models, with applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft experiments.
