PNSC928 is an inhibitor for the CtBP2-p300 interaction with an IC50 of 23.60 µM, and reverses the Lipopolysaccharides (HY-D1056)-induced expressions of proinflammatory cytokines in RAW264.7. PNSC928 ameliorates the acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)in mice[1].
