Blinatumomab Antibody
Blinatumomab is a bispecific T-cell engager antibody that targets CD19 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity to malignant cells. It is utilized in research models of B-cell malignancies, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, for both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo efficacy studies.
