In case of subcultivation, adjust cell density to 3000 to 5000 cells/ml. (Initial culture 1 - 5 x 106/cells/cm2) . Incubate keratinocytes serum-free with supplemented keratinocyte medium in the incubator.Alternatively, coat culture dishes with attachment factors (collagen, fibronectin or natural or synthetic fragments of these factors) beforehand.
