Ibalizumab (TMB-355) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that inhibits HIV-1 entry by binding to the CD4 receptor. It is used in research for studying viral entry mechanisms and has demonstrated antiviral activity in both in vitro assays and in vivo clinical trials for multidrug-resistant HIV-1.
