FSI-189 (Epacmarstobart) is a chimeric humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody directed against murine SIRPα. It is utilized in immuno-oncology research to block the CD47-SIRPα "don't eat me" signaling axis, enabling the study of macrophage-mediated phagocytosis in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
