Burosumab Antibody
Burosumab (KRN23) is a human monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) . It is used in research models of FGF23-related hypophosphatemic disorders, such as X-linked hypophosphatemia and tumor-induced osteomalacia, to study phosphate metabolism and bone mineralization in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
