SuperKine™ Enhanced Antifade Mounting Medium

The irreversible destruction of fluorescent molecules caused by environmental influences such as light, pH and temperature, or the interaction of fluorescent molecules with other molecules is fluorescence quench. Fluorescence quench results in the weakening of the visible signal when observed by fluorescence microscope and laser confocal microscope, antifade mounting medium can prevent fluorescence signal quench.

SuperKine™ Enhanced Antifade Mounting Medium is used to seal fluorescent tissue and cell samples with unique anti-fluorescence quencher ingredients and compatible with a variety of fluorescent dyes to protect the entire visible and infrared spectrum and prevent fluorescence signal quenching. The original luminescence intensity can be maintained more than 2 weeks when the sample is stored at 4°C or -20°C.
