Anti-Sheep IgG F (c) was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG, Sheep IgG F (c) and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Sheep IgG F (ab) .

Applications Notes
Anti-Sheep IgG F (c) antibody has been tested by ELISA and dot blot and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
