Anti-TNFRSF17 (clone CA8 J9M2)-VC-MMAE ADC

This ADC product is comprised of an anti-TNFRSF17 monoclonal antibody (clone CA8 J9M2) conjugated via a VC linker to MMAE. The MMAE is targeted to ceRoom Temperatureain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, MMAE binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
