CTA056 is an ITK (IL-2-inducible T-cell kinase) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.1 μM. CTA056 selectively targets malignant T cells and modulates oncomirs. CTA056 induces apoptosis and is a potential therapeutic agent for the research of T-cell leukemia and lymphoma[1].
