SIRT 3 (Sirtuin 3, Sir2-related Protein Type 3, Sir2-like 3)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes endogenous levels of human SIRT 3 protein, both the uncleaved 45kD precursor protein and the cleaved 28kD protein. Does not crossreact with other Sirtuin proteins. Species Crossreactivity: rat and monkey.
