Recognizes human Immunoglobulin-Like Transcript 3. In Direct ELISA ~50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ILT5 is observed. No cross-reactivity with recombinant human ILT1, recombinant human ILT2, recombinant human ILT4, recombinant human ILT7, recombinant human ILT11, recombinant human LIR-6 or recombinant human LIR-8 is observed.
