STAT 5b (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5b) (MaxLight 750)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Reacts specifically with the STAT5b protein and does not exhibit any crossreactivity with the highly related STAT5a protein. Crossreactivity with other endogenous STAT isoforms has not been observed. Specificity was confirmed by Western blot analysis using cell lysates derived from human A431 cells (+/-EGF treatment), NIH 3T3 cells, HeLa cells and MCF-7 cells. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and rat.
