NVPBEZ235 is a specific PI 3-kinase (PI3K) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which shows dual PI3K/mTOR inhibition. NVPBEZ235 has also been shown to inhibit ATR. It has demonstrated antiproliferative activity against tumor cell lines in animal models of cancer.
