The LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 protein is a key inhibitory receptor that plays a key role in immune regulation and tolerance. As a receptor for FN1, apolipoprotein APOE, and ALCAM/CD166, it inhibits receptor-mediated phosphorylation, intracellular calcium mobilization, and FCGR1A/CD64-mediated monocyte activation, thereby reducing TNF production.
