Trans-Clopenthixol ((E) -Clopenthixol) dihydrochloride is an antibiotic agent, without neuroleptic effect. trans-Clopenthixol dihydrochloride can be used to inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Plasmodium falciparum in vitro[1][2].
