CRACC/SLAMF7, Human (HEK293, hFc)
The CRACC/SLAMF7 protein is an autoligand receptor in the SLAM family that complexly regulates immune cell activation and differentiation through finely regulated interactions. Isoform 1 mediates NK cell activation through an SH2D1A-independent ERK-mediated pathway and positively regulates NK cell function dependent on phosphorylated SH2D1B. CRACC/SLAMF7 Protein, Human (HEK293, hFc) is the recombinant human-derived CRACC/SLAMF7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
