JNK1 is activated by MAP2K4/MKK4 and MAP2K7/MKK7, phosphorylates AP-1 components, and affects transcriptional activity. JNK1 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived JNK1 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag.
