RScript Plus cDNA Synthesis Kit

OneScript® Plus cDNA Synthesis Kit contains a Moloney-Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase engineered with modifications that eliminate RNase H activity, improving thermal stability and overall performance. This enhanced enzyme enables higher cDNA yields and supports synthesis of longer cDNA fragments (up to 12 kb) . It can operate at elevated temperatures (50–55°C), helping to reduce issues caused by RNA secondary structures, especially in GC-rich templates. The kit also includes abm’s RNaseOFFTM ribonuclease inhibitor, which offers strong protection against RNA degradation and improved resistance to oxidation compared to conventional human RNase inhibitors. RNaseOFFTM remains stable even at very low DTT concentrations (<1 mM), making it highly effective for RNA preservation.
