M13 Isolation Kit

The M13 Isolation Kit from BioMiga provides a rapid, reliable method for purifying high-quality single-stranded M13 phage DNA from 1–3 mL of phage supernatant. Using BioMiga’s EZgeneTM reversible-binding silica matrix in a convenient spin-column format, the kit consistently yields 3–10 μg of DNA per preparation. The purified DNA is free of proteins, salts and inhibitors, making it ideal for sequencing, cloning, and M13 phage library screening. The streamlined protocol includes phage precipitation, lysis, binding, washing, and elution steps completed in under 30 minutes.
