CD5 Protein (C-His, Human)

Flow cytometric analysis of anti-CD5 CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-CD5 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 3 μg/mL of AF 647-conjugated human CD5 Protein (Site-Specific AF 647 Conjugation, His Tag, Cat. No. 11027-H86H-SG) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . AF 647 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) .
