Molecular Weight
The recombinant RSV (A2) Prefusion glycoprotein F has a predicted molecular mass of 54.5 kDa.It migrates as an approximately 57.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 160 kDa -190kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
