Anti-Annexin A1/ANXA1 Antibody Picoband®

Annexin A1, also known as lipocortin I, is a protein that is encoded by the ANXA1 gene in humans. This gene encodes a membrane-localized protein that binds phospholipids. This protein inhibits phospholipase A2 and has anti-inflammatory activity. Loss of function or expression of this gene has been detected in multiple tumors.

A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence in the middle region of human ANXA1, which shares 82.4% and 76.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat ANXA1, respectively.

At -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
