ChemiPURE Tris Base, Molecular Biology Grade is widely used as a component of buffer solutions such as in TAE (TAE Buffer 50x, pH 8.3) and TBE (TBE Buffer 10x, pH 8.3) buffers, especially for nucleic acid electrophoresis. It is also a component of buffers for protein electrophoresis, such as TG-SDS buffer. Highly purified for use in molecular biology applications.
