TH16

TH16 is an antibacterial agent (MIC=2 μg/mL against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA) . TH16 disrupts bacterial cytoplasmic membrane integrity, elevating intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels to induce bacterial death. TH16 is promising for research of bacterial infection[1].
