JNN-5 is a potent and selective JAK2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.41 nM. JNN-5 shows strong antiproliferative activities in the TNBC cell lines (MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-213, HCC70, MDA-MB-157) [1].
