(S) -MCOPPB is the S-form of MCOPPB. MCOPPB is an orally active and selective agonist of Nociceptin/Orphanin FQ-Receptor. MCOPPB inhibits signaling through the NOP receptor in the mouse brain. MCOPPB can be used for anxiety disorders study[1].
