JNJ-17166864 can significantly reduce the area of alveolar bone loss in a mouse model of periodontitis induced by Porphyromonas gingivalis infection. JNJ-17166864 can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases such as allergic rhinitis and periodontitis[1][2].
