L-threo-PPMP (hydrochloride)

L-threo-PPMP hydrochloride is a GlcT (UDP-Glc: Ceramide β1,1glucosyltransferase) inhibitor. L-threo-PPMP hydrochloride inhibits glycosphingolipid biosynthesis and induces apoptosis. L-threo-PPMP hydrochloride has anti-cancer activity[1].
