BC-1/Luciferase stable cell line

BC-1/Luciferase cells are derived from the human BC-1 B lymphocyte cell linee by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. BC-1 cell line was generated from primary effusion lymphoma (PEL) . BC-1 cells are commonly used to study the biology of PEL and to explore potential treatments for this disease. BC-1/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
