KU-812/iRFP stable cell line

KU-812/iRFP cells are derived from the basophilic leukaemia cell line KU-812 by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. KU-812 cell line is widley used in immunological studies, cancer research and drug development. KU-812/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
