SK-OV-3/GFP stable cell line

SK-OV-3/GFP cells are derived from the human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. SK-OV-3 cell line has been widely used in Investigating cancer biology, studying tumor microenvironment, and testing new drugs particularly for chemotherapeutics and targeted therapies. SK-OV-3/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
