HiBiT tag

The HiBiT tag, a complementary peptide (VSGWRLFKKIS), exhibits high affinity for LgBiT. It is fused with the G? subunit of the receptor. The interaction between LgBiT and HiBiT facilitates the stabilization of ETR and G proteins. Additionally, HiBiT can be attached to target proteins (GFP) to quantify their transport to the cytosol.
