JWH 020, a cannabimimetic indole derivative of WIN 55,212-1, exhibits notably weaker affinities for the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 (128 and 205 nM, respectively) compared to WIN 55,212-2 (1.89 and 0.28 nM, respectively) . The in vivo effects of JWH 020 have not been studied. This compound is designed for forensic and research purposes.
