PPAR? agonist10 (compound 7) is an orally active, selective partial agonist of PPAR?, with EC50 values of 0.053 ?M for hPPAR? (LBD) -GAL4 and 0.30 µM for mPPAR?. In transactivation assays, it acts as a partial PPAR? agonist but fully stimulates muscle cell free fatty acid oxidation both in vitro and in vivo. PPAR? agonist10 can be utilized for dyslipidemia research.
