Recombinant human Serpin B4 protein

SERPINB4 also known as serpin B4, belongs to the serpin family. This protein May act as a protease inhibitor to modulate the host immune response against tumor cells. Recombinant human SERPINB4, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
