Recombinant human ARL4/ARL4A protein
ARL4A, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 4A, is a member of the ARF-like protein (ARL) subfamily of small GTPases. It is most closely related to ARL6 and ARL7. unlike ARFs, ARL4 does not activate the cholera toxin ADP-ribosyltranferase. This protein may play a role in neurogenesis during embryonic development and somitogenesis in the early stages of adult spermatogenesis. Recombinant human ARL4A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
