TUFM Antibody

TUFM is a protein which participates in protein translation in mitochondria. Mutations in this gene have been associated with combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency resulting in lactic acidosis and fatal encephalopathy. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TUFM antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TUFM antibody can be used for detection of TUFM by ELISA at 1:1562500. TUFM antibody can be used for detection of TUFM by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
