Regular monitoring of Microalbumin, Creatinine and Albumin-to-Creatinine Ratio (ACR) is crucial in the management of patients at risk for or with established kidney disease, and they play a significant role in guiding therapeutic decisions and improving patient outcomes. Microalbuminuria is often the first sign of kidney damage. It is particularly significant in patients with diabetes and hypertension, who are at higher risk for developing chronic kidney disease (CKD) . Creatinine levels are used to evaluate kidney function. Since creatinine is produced at a relatively constant rate and is filtered out by the kidneys, its levels can reflect glomerular filtration rate (GFR) .
