TCEAL1 Antibody - middle region: Biotin (ARP35748_P050-Biotin)

TCEAL1 is a member of the transcription elongation factor A (SII) -like (TCEAL) protein family. Members of this family may function as nuclear phosphoproteins that modulate transcription in a promoter context-dependent manner. TCEAL1 is similar to transcription elongation factor A/transcription factor SII and contains a zinc finger-like motif as well as a sequence related to the transcription factor SII Pol II-binding region. It may exert its effects via protein-protein interactions with other transcriptional regulators rather than via direct binding of DNA. This gene encodes a member of the transcription elongation factor A (SII) -like (TCEAL) gene family. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding a single isoform.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
