Applications Notes
1. After the alkaline phosphatase reaction, wash slide with buffer, and distilled/ deionized water. 2. Add few drops of this ready to use Enhancing Reagent to cover the tissue/cell smear, for 1-2 minutes and discard. DO NOT WASH SLIDE. 3. Add few drops of ready to use alkaline phosphatase chromogen, follow instructions as outlined for these chromogens.
