Cy5-Paclitaxel bromide

Cy5-Paclitaxelbromide is the bromide form of Cy5-Paclitaxel, which is a conjugate of Paclitaxel labeled with Cyanine5 carboxylic acid bromide. This compound includes a fluorescent dye with non-activated carboxylic acid (Ex = 646 nm, Em = 662 nm) suitable for molecular labeling and microscopy imaging. Paclitaxel stabilizes tubulin polymerization, leading to mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death, and also induces autophagy.
